Sabine Winton is a Wanneroo local. It is where she grew up, went to school and has raised three daughters with her husband Paul. Sabine has been involved in the Wanneroo community for a number of years.
She was a prominent member of the Lake Nowergup/Carabooda Valley Community Group which successfully campaigned to preserve the area from development. Sabine has served as a councillor for the Northern Ward of the City of Wanneroo since 2013.
Professionally, Sabine has been a teacher for 27 years and is currently a Primary Extension and Challenge Coordinator for the North Metropolitan Education Region.
Sabine's experiences as a mother of three daughters and as a teacher have strengthened her belief in the need to invest in our schools and our young people. Her background as a councillor means she has experience advocating for improved infrastructure and job creation.
Sabine will work hard with Premier Leader Mark McGowan to deliver WA Labor's Plan for Jobs and local infrastructure for Wanneroo.
